Amy L. Miller, 42, 12508 State Highway 37, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, officers said.
Miller was arraigned in front of Judge Fletcher and send to St. Lawrence County jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.
She will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges, deputies said.
Detectives were assisted by task force members of the New York State Police, the Ogdensburg Police Department, and sheriff’s deputies.
Detectives say the investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.
