OGDENSBURG -- The Ogdensburg City School District is currently applying for a 3-year-old pre-kindergarten program grant through the New York State Education Department.
Tentatively set to begin on Jan. 3, 2017, the program will consist of five half-day sessions per week. In order to qualify, children must be three years of age by Dec. 1, 2016.
