OGDENSBURG -- Parents can register children who will be five years of age on or before Dec. 1 2017 and are a resident of the Ogdensburg City School District for kindergarten.
Parents asked to contact Madill School at 315- 393-7729 to request an appointment for Kindergarten Registration and Screening. All appointments will be made through Madill School Office, regardless of where the child will attend school.
Parents should be prepared to provide the child’s name, parent or guardian’s name, address, phone number, and date of birth.
All scheduled screening appointments will be held at Madill School on May 16 & May 17.
Parents must have their child’s birth certificate, up to date Immunization Record, any Custody Papers, and proof of residency (e.g., school tax bill, lease agreement or utility bill) ready for their appointment. Children must be screened before they can enter kindergarten.
