OGDENSBURG -- City residents recently held a fundraiser raffle to help pay for repairs to Kids Kingdom playground, which was damaged by a suspected arson fire in early October.
The event raised $1,067.
Ogdensburg’s George Kirby was the winner of the drawing and took home $300.
Kirby then donated $100 back to the playground fund.
