OGDENSBURG -- The City of Ogdensburg Department of Public Works CSEA Local 1000 is supporting the movement to keep the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center in full operation.
The state Office of Mental Health has a "centers of excellence" plan that would cut inpatient services at the mental health facility, the only one in the North Country.
Members of the Ogdensburg DPW, CSEA members, show their support with t-shirts.
