OGDENSBURG – A resident of the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, 1 Chimney Point Dr., died Tuesday of injuries sustained from an assault, according to the Ogdensburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit.
Robert Harrienger, 58, reportedly died following an assault first reported Monday around 6 p.m. to Ogdensburg police investigators.
The alleged assault happened at the Trinity Building on the psych center grounds.
St. Lawrence County District Attorney’s Office also responded to the incident.
The Ogdensburg Police Department has identified a person of interest and officers are discussing potential charges with the District Attorney’s Office.
