OGDENSBURG -- City Police were busy this weekend at the Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival where they issued more than a dozen open container, public urination or disorderly conduct tickets.
A list of those charged with violations follows:
• Christopher D. Harper, 22, of 835, County Route 4, was charged at 9:50 p.m. Saturday with open container after police say he was in possession of a red plastic cup of beer.
• Shane R. Bell, 33, of 701 Pickering St., was charged Saturday at 9:56 p.m. with public urination on the 700 block of Pickering Street.
• Jordan M. Hawes, 22, of 471 County Route 4 Ogdensburg was charged at 11:56 p.m. Saturday with open container after police said he possessed a 12-ounce can of Coors Light on the 100 block of Lake Street. Hawes was also charged at 9:50 p.m. Saturday with open container and littering in the 500 block of Lake Street.
• Russell C Neadom, 23, of 319-B Marshall Road Lisbon, was charged Sunday at 12:05 a.m. with open container after police say he possessed a red plastic cup of beer at East River and Lake Street. Police said he was held in lock up and released at 4:58 a.m.
• Christopher J. Reinhardt, 33, of 320 North Main St., Syracuse was charged Sunday at 12:31 a.m. for open container after police say he possessed a 12-ounce can of Budweiser beer in the 100 block of Lake Street.
• Jessica A. Huckle, 31, of 21749 Rock Lake Lane, Carthage, was charged at 12:46 a.m. with open container after police said she was in possession of a 12-ounce bottle of Bud Light in the 10 block of Main Street. Huckle was charged again at 1:47 a.m. with driving while intoxicated after she went the wrong way on the 400 Block of Ford Street. She was additional charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street. She was released on a ticket.
• Jeffrey A. Weems, 39, of 1708 Ohio St. Apt. 42, was charged at 12:46 a.m. Sunday with open container after police say he possessed a 12-ounce Bud Light in the 10 Block of Main Street.
• Todd J. Tyo, 26, of 417 Belmont Courts, was charged at 1:27 a.m. with open container after police say he possessed a 12-ounce bottle of Busch Beer in at 54 East River Street.
• Jacob E. Montroy, 26, of Heuvelton, was charged 2:39 a.m. Sunday with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct in the 400 Block of Ford Street. He was held by police and later released on his own recognizance.
• Timothy A. LaLonde, 31, of 729 Congress St., was charged at 1:04 a.m. Sunday with open container after police say he possessed a plastic cup containing a mixed alcohol beverage at 708 New York Ave.
• Jacob J. Brenno, 31, of 729 Congress Street, was charged at 1:04 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct at 708 New York Ave. Brenno was held for arraignment.
•Andrew W. Mason, 19, was charged at 9:31 p.m. Saturday with open container, littering and underage possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was released on an appearance ticket
• Tara L. Lennox, 36, of 21 Hanlon Road, Lisbon, was charged at 10:10 p.m. Saturday with open container after police say she had Jägermeister and Red Bull. She was issued an appearance ticket.
• Brent M. Binion, 48, of 526 Covington Street was charged at 10:10 p.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct and open container after police say he had a plastic cup with beer at 803 State Street.
• Nicholas Z. Tyo, 22, of 1058 Irish Settlement Road, Ogdensburg, was charged at 1:45 a.m. Saturday with open container after police say he possessed a 12-ounce bottle of Molson Canadian beer.
• Jaques L. Sovie, 20, of 1037 State St. was charged at 11:39 p.m. Friday with underage possession of alcohol in the 200 Block of West South Street.
