OGDENSBURG -- City police said a man was charged with felony assault after allegedly attacking a woman with a knife.
Kyle G. Cutway was charged with second-degree assault, felony, and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest at 11:59 p.m. Friday at 353 Belmont Courts.
Cutway was being held pending arraignment, police said.
The woman, who was not identified in the city police blotter, was taken by Ogdensburg rescue to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for evaluation.
