The Ogdensburg Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit in conjunction with the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 4057 County Route 6 located in the Town of Oswegatchie.
The search warrant was prompted from a lengthy investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine in and around the City of Ogdensburg; more arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
As a result of this search warrant five subjects were arrested for the following listed charges.
Police charged Charles B. Dixon with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was jailed on $5,000 cash bail.
Kyle K. Rivers was charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was jailed on $5,000 cash bail.
April R. Coombs was charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was additionally charged on a warrant for violating probation. She was previously charged with meth manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. Coombs was jailed on $15,000 cash bail.
Chelsey M. Sweeney and Nicolas O’Nolan were also jailed on charges of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
The Ogdensburg Police N.E.U. was assisted by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff Office, Village of Gouverneur Police Department, New York State Police, New York State Police CCSERT, and the Morristown Volunteer Fire Department.
