OGDENSBURG -- The Frederic Remington Art Museum raised $3,300 for the “Kid’s Place” with the “non-event” April Fool’s Day Ball.
For every $25 contributed, donors were entered into a raffle to win one of four prizes.
Charlie and Hi Owens won a small reproduction of “The Trooper of the Plains,” a $570 value.
Michael and Linda Backus won complimentary tickets to the Holiday Gala, December 14, up to a $110 value.
Phil and Jillian Parks won the book “Icons of the West: Frederic Remington's Sculpture” by Michael D. Greenbaum, a $90 value.
Bill and Judy Doan won a $50 gift certificate to the museum shop.
