OGDENSBURG – The Frederic Remington Art Museum offers several regular art workshops and classes.
Homeschool Class meets the third Thursday of each month from 12:30-2:30 p.m. These are monthly classes for homeschool families and groups, using the work of Frederic Remington to explore a wide range of topics in and approaches to the study of art, art history, and visual culture.
The Remington Painting and Drawing Circle meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m.-noon.
The Art Club for 6th - 8th Graders meets on Tuesdays from 3-5 p.m.
The museum also offers studio time at the Eva Caten Remington Education Center, presenting a chance to spend time with other artists in the classroom studio space. Artists can bring whatever project you're working on, or start something new. Call the number below to confirm times.
