OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council will consider resolutions regarding sidewalk maintenance, solid waste, dissolving, a paper street and asbestos abatement training Monday.
Councilors are expected to set three public hearing dates at the meeting.
Those hearings will be to amend the city’s solid waste law, allow for the sale of unpaved portion of Paterson Street Boat Launch parking lot and allow the city manager to submit apply for an asbestos training grant.
On Monday the board is also expected to get an update on the Waste Water Treatment plant.
The council will consider appointing David Ferry to the Pride and Beautification Committee and will hold and executive session to discuss pending litigation.
The council did not include any details of regarding the potential litigation.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at City hall.
