OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg wan was jailed without bail after he allegedly manufactured and disposed of methamphetamine at 7:32 a.m. Sunday, according to city police.
William Paul Gagnon, 33, of 258, Belmont Courts was charged with unlawful disposal of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.
Police say the arrest followed a report of a suspicious person in the yard of a Lafayette Street resident.
Gagnon was held without bail and transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
