MORRISTOWN – An Ogdensburg man was jailed early Friday morning after reportedly breaking a window at a family member’s residence during a domestic incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Jeffrey P. Measheaw, 51, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and arraigned in Morristown court in front of Honorable James Phillips.

He was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond, officers said.
