WADDINGTON – An Ogdensburg man has been charged with smuggling 10,000 or more cigarette without tax stamps.
State police charged Thomas D. Caloren, 45, with a felony, possession/transportation of 10,000 or more unstamped cigarettes, and the traffic infraction of driving on shoulders/slopes.
Troopers made the afrrest at 4:07 p.m. Friday along State Rt. 37 in Waddington.
