OSWEGATCHIE – Thadcher C. Adams, 23, of Ogdensburg was charged with drugged driving and leaving the scene of an accident by state police Aug. 4.
The charges come following troopers’ investigation of a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 812 Aug. 3 at 4:23 p.m.
Adams was charged with failure to notify the DMV of an address change, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to use a designated lane and DWAI drugs, with a prior conviction in the last 10 years.
Adams was arraigned in town court and held pending further processing.
