OSWEGATCHIE -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with drug possession and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs following a personal-injury accident Nov. 15, according to state police.
Tanner M. Lawrence, 25, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unsafe moving from a lane and a seat belt violation.
He was charged Nov. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
Lawrence was cited and released, troopers said.
