OGDENSBURG – An Ogdensburg man was arrested Sunday morning on several charges after fleeing police officers stemming from a reckless driving complaint, according to state police.
Ogdensburg-based troopers say they charged Rickie D. Lawton, 22, with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree fleeing an officers in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.
He was charged in the Ogdensburg Police Department parking lot, Park Street, at 10:50 a.m., troopers said.
Officers listed his status as held.
