MASSENA -- An Ogdensburg man faces three felony charges and multiple traffic infractions after he allegedly drank alcohol while driving drunk at 7:43 a.m. Wednesday.
Dwain A. Mashaw, 32, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of 1 percent with a prior conviction, and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction in the past 10 years, all felonies.
He was additionally charged with failure to keep right on a two-lane road, refusing to take breath test and drinking alcohol in a vehicle on the highway.
Massena-based state police say Mashaw was stopped on State Highway 37 near State Highway 131.
