LISBON -- An Ogdensburg man were charged Wednesday with operating a stolen snowmobile while trespassing on land on County Route 30, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Deputies said they received a complaint from a landowner of two snowmobiles being found on property.
Officers located Decodie T. Adams, 24, and Thadcher C. Adams, 22, both of Ogdensburg were located on the property without permission from the owner.
Decodie was found operating one of the snowmobiles that was left on the property overnight, deputies said.
One of the snowmobiles was reported stolen.
Decodie Adams was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, and trespassing.
Thadcher Adams was cited for trespassing.
Deputies said their investigation is ongoing.
Both men were issued appearance tickets returnable to Lisbon court at a later date.
