OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was arrested stemming from a driving while intoxicated incident July 3, according to stare police.
Jebadiah J. Brenno, 34, was charged with first-offense DWI, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and two counts of speeding, officers said.
He was also charged with failure to keep right on a two lane road, driving left of pavement markings, illegal signal and failure to stop at a stop sign, troopers said.
His arrest status was not made available.
