LISBON – An Ogdensburg resident was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on Pray Road Oct. 6, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Cresson E. Horton, 54, was charged with first-offense DWI and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, deputies said.
Horton was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and prescription medication.
He was found in possession of prescription medication that did not belong to him, officers said.
Deputies said Horton was released on appearance tickets returnable to Lisbon court at a later date.
No injuries were reported in the accident.
