MORRISTOWN -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with driving while intoxicated following an alleged drunk driving accident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Jeffrey T. Matthews, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday after he allegedly rolled a vehicle on Yankee Street.
Deputies say he had a blood alcohol content of .16 percent, which is twice the legal limit.
Matthews was additionally charged with speeding and operating an uninspected vehicle.
He was released on appearance tickets.
