GOUVERNEUR – An Ogdensburg man was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated following a reported personal-injury accident on Tuesday afternoon, according to state police.
Troopers say they charged Timothy R. Irvine, 27, with first-offense aggravated DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while using a mobile phone and moving from a lane unsafely.
Irvine was reportedly charged at 151 Peabody Road at 5:16 p.m.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to court at a later date.
Police did not say if anyone was actually injured during the accident.
