OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man was arrested on three felonies Tuesday stemming from an assault complaint first reported to state police Aug. 17.
Reginald Lloyd, 35, was charged with second-degree assault, first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell at 8:14 a.m., police said
The arrest took place at the state police station, 410 Cedar St.
Lloyd’s status was listed as held.
