Bryan A. Pribble, of 929 Knox St., was arrested for first-degree criminal sexual act, a class B felony; unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors.
Ogdensburg Police said they responded to Pribble’s address initially on a report of an altercation at the residence.
The investigation revealed that the altercation was a sexual assault, said a press release from the police department.
Pribble was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court by Judge Small and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
