MADRID — An Ogdensburg man was arrested Tuesday morning on CR 14 following a reckless driving complaint in which he fled an office in a motor vehicle, according to state police.
Eric R. Miller, 27, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving, troopers said.
He was also cited for operating an unregistered and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding, officers said.
He was cited and released.
