OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg was jailed on $2,500 bail after wreaking havoc on an ATM, a vehicle and vending machine in Ogdensburg.
Earl J. Baker, 22, of 1302 Ford St., Room 1 was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree attempted grand larceny.
All three criminal mischief charges are felonies. The larceny charge is a misdemeanor.
Ogdensburg investigators say that between Jan. 17 and 19 police responded to several separate complaints of property damage at North Country Savings Bank, 401 Caroline St., Roethel’s, 1801 Ford St., and the Ogdensburg Fire Department, 718 Ford St.
Following an investigation, Baker was arrested for the crimes.
Baker was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court, and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility and held on $2,500 bail.
