OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man was charged Tuesday at 2:26 p.m. with felony sex abuse after he allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.
Gerald F. Sanders, 38, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse with an individual under the age of 11 and endangering the welfare of a child.
Canton-based state police say the incident was reported Aug. 15.
Sanders was held by troopers.
