OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg man was charged after allegedly using a backhoe on his neighbor’s property, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
William L. Morley Jr., 28, was charged with trespassing on County Route 6 Saturday stemming from the April 29 incident.
He was cited and released.
