OGDENSBURG -- The Carlisle Law Firm recently donated $500 to Traditional Arts in Upstate New York (TAUNY).
The Canton-based nonprofit is dedicated to helping people understand and appreciate the folk traditions and local culture of everyday life in the North Country.
“We are grateful to The Carlisle Law Firm for its generous underwriting support for TAUNY’s work in the North Country,” says TAUNY Director of Development Laura Desmond.
he noted that the financial support of regional businesses like The Carlisle Law Firm is instrumental to TAUNY’s efforts to provide opportunities for the public to experience, learn about, and reflect on issues related to life in our region.
The TAUNY Center is located at 53 Main St., Canton.
