CANTON – A county jail inmate from Ogdensburg has been charged with assault and contraband felonies.
Roger Martin, 33, was charged in Canton Village Court yesterday with assault while confined in a correctional facility and first-degree prison contraband.
The charges stem from an incident at the jail on March 1.
