OSWEGATCHIE -- Four North Country residents were charged with felony drug possession Tuesday night on county Route 4, according to state police.
Sterling R. Grant, 34, Ogdensburg, was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation: alcohol, all felonies. He was also charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, troopers said.
Amber C. Seymour, 34, Harrisville, was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, both felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, troopers said.
Kurt M. Bjork, 30, Ogdensburg, was charged with second-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine (previous conviction) and fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs, officers said.
Michael B. Jones, 31, Ogdensburg, was charged with third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
All four subjects were listed as held.
