OGDENSBURG – The Ogdensburg Growth Fund Development Corp. wants the Development Authority of the North Country to estimate rehabilitation costs of a Rensselaer Avenue home.
The project is known as the 611 Rensselaer Avenue Rehabilitation Project.
The Growth Fund passed a resolution at its February meeting approving the deal at a price not to exceed $3,000.
DANC will entertain the agreement at its Feb. 27 meeting.
