The farm will also sell frozen chicken. The chicken and turkey contains no growth hormones or antibiotics.
The Smiths are also building a USDA certified chicken slaughterhouse on their property.
The GreenMarket is open Saturday at the First Presbyerian Church from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market typically showcases squash, turnips, onions, carrots, potatoes, cabbages, salad mix, kale, apples, eggs, pork, sausage, maple products, pies, cookies, holiday decorations and baskets.
Kissing balls, wreaths and table centerpieces made from fresh balsam, white pine and fire can be special ordered.
