HENDERSON HARBOR – Teams from Ogdensburg and Potsdam took the top two places in the Northern New York Bassmasters Team Trail contest in Henderson Harbor last Saturday.

Steve Garrabrant and Tim O'Grady of Ogdensburg won top prize with 20.35 lbs. of bass.

Second place went to Chris Flint and John Flint of Potsdam with 19.52 lbs.

Lunker of the day was caught by Eric Tessmer of Gouverneur with a 5.85 lb smallmouth, which also takes the lead for lunker of the year in Northern New York Bassmasters Team Trail competition.

O'Grady and Garrabrant also are now tied with Chris Roach and Chuck Roach of Heuvelton in a very tight Team of the Year Race.

This was the fifth tournament of the season. Remaining this year are tournaments at the Massena Intake on the St. Lawrence River Aug. 18 and at Chaumont Bay on Lake Ontario Sept. 1.
