POTSDAM – Gil Bishop got himself an ace on hole #3 at the Potsdam Town and Country Club Wednesday.
Bishop, 428 Irvin St., Ogdensburg, used a 9 iron for the hole-in-one on #3, a 107-yard par 3.
Gil Bishop of Ogdensburg stands next to the pin at #3 where he holed it in one shot from the tee Wednesday.
Bishop is 69 years old. This reportedly is his third hole-in-one.
"You probably could mention that although Gil's 3rd hole in one is an impressive feat....he still trails his playing competitor by one," said the man with four aces,
Mark Bickelhaupt, who forwarded the photo of Bishop.
