OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg Fire Department responded to 168 calls in April, including four structure fires.
That included 74 emergency medical services calls, 14 hazardous condition calls, 66 service calls, 10false alarms.
Ogdensburg Fire Department responded to 38 fires in 2017, just three more than the previous year, according to the annual report.
The department also performed 39 fire inspections.
The fires included 23 residential incidents, three commercial fires, four vehicle fires and eight fires outside the city.
The department provided mutual aid to other departments on three occasions.
Firefighters also responded to 1,042 emergency medical service calls, 104 hazardous conditions, 560 service calls and 108 false alarms.
