OGDENSBURG – Several matters of personnel were approved by the Ogdensburg City School District Board of Education at Monday’s meeting.
The board approved the resignations of elementary teacher Matthew Snyder, effective June 30, and music teacher Richard Patton, effective Aug. 31.
Mollee Monnet-Ashley was appointed teacher of the speech and hearing impaired on a one-year temporary basis.
Another agenda item regarding the district’s revised policy concerning the education of homeless children and youth was also approved at the meeting.
A required annual public budget hearing will be held before the next regular Board of Education at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 7 at Ogdensburg Free Academy.
The school budget vote will take place on Tuesday, May 15.
