OGDENSBURG -- Parents of children who will be age 5 or older on or before Dec. 1 and are a resident of the Ogdensburg City School District can make Madill Elementary kindergarten screening appointments.
People should provide the child’s name, parent or guardian names, address, phone number and birth date.
All scheduled screening appointments will at the school on Aug. 11.
Parents must have their child’s birth certificate, up-to-date immunization record, Social Security card, any custody papers and proof of residency (school tax bill, lease agreement or utility bill).
Children must be screened before they can enter kindergarten.
