OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council set minimum bid prices on four properties Monday at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
Council Michael Morley said the prices were based on offers expressed by interested buyers.
Properties up for sale include a Hayward Street property at $5,750, Lafayette Street property at $13,250, a New York Avenue property at $8,520 and a Woodford Avenue property at $1,050.
The city has been working recently to market various properties that are currently off the tax rolls.
