OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council will meet July 9 at 7 p.m. to discuss the purchase of a video inspection system for sewer maintenance.
According to the resolution the city has received four bids for the system. The lowest bid came from Pow-R Mole Sales, Lancaster at a cost of $49,552.
Purdy said the system is for inspecting the sewer system will help with preventive maintenance as well as knowing the condition of the system.
The city council will also consider the appointment of Christopher Lalone to fill an un-expired 3-year term on Ogdensburg Zoning Board. The term will end Dec. 31, 2018.
Lalone has served as an alternate on the planning board since 2013.
The meeting is open to the public.
