OGDENSBURG – Ogdensburg City Council will discuss property sales and a potential lease agreement for new skid-steer at 7 p.m. at city hall.
Resolutions on the agenda include:
• A resolution introducing an ordinance and providing for public notice and public hearing with regard to the sale of City-owned property. (Lincoln Avenue, 59.022-4-58 and 11 Rensselaer Avenue, 59.022-4-59) (Bill #18)
• A resolution to authorize the City Manager to enter into a Governmental Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement with Volvo for a Volvo Skidsteer. (Bill #19)
• A resolution to approve the sale of 1106 New York Avenue to Ronald Lesperance. (Bill #20)
• A resolution to approve the sale of City-owned property, a portion of tax map #59.022-4-58, approximately 35' wide by 138' long located west of 16 Rensselaer Avenue, to Corey Maxner. (Bill #21)
Although not stated on the city council agenda, several councilors say they also plan to discuss the a recent consensus decision to limit the amount of information that is available to the public prior to board meetings.
