OGDENSBURG – For their annual Christmas lights display contest, the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce will judge Christmas lights on Dec. 15 starting at 6 p.m.
They will judge three categories, best holiday spirit, traditional, religious and people’s choice.
First place winners in the first three categories wins $100 and second prize $25. Each people’s choice winner gets $50.
Chamber judges will leave by bus from the North Country Savings Bank parking lot at 6 p.m. Anyone who wishes to join can pay $5 for a spot. They will be the people’s choice judges.
Those who wished to be judged for the lighting contest need to send a nomination to the chamber.
To nominate a light display, give the decorator’s name, address and phone number to the chamber by calling 393-3620 by Dec. 15 at 6 p.m. Those wishing to reserve a spot on the bus can do so by calling that number.
