OGDENSBURG -- The Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local Union #2 of Ogdensburg will conduct recruitment through May 30, 2014 for five bricklayer, mason and plasterer apprentices.
Applications can be obtained at the St. Lawrence One-Stop Career Center, 80 St. Hwy. 310, suite 8 in Canton Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Completed applications should be mailed to Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Local Union #2, 312 Pratt Street, Watertown. All applications must be received by June 6, 2014.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and by physically able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
Applicants must also have reliable transportation, have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles, and be a six-month resident of the union’s geographic jurisdiction, which includes St. Lawrence County.
