OGDENSBURG – An Ogdensburg woman was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level more than three times the threshold for a DWI charge
State police said they responded Tuesday at 2 p.m. to a report of a vehicle parked in the roadway on Monkey Hill Road.
Kimberly A. Dishaw, 43, was charged with aggravated DWI after she was found to have a blood alcohol content of .28 percent, troopers said.
Charges are increased to aggravated DWI if a BAC level is .18 percent or higher, police said.
Dishaw was also issued tickets for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and parking in a roadway. She is to appear at the Town of Oswegatchie Court on Dec. 4 at 5 p.m.
