OGDENSBURG -- The members of the Ogdensburg Free Academy Key Club spent a recent day staining the Kids Kingdom Playground in Ogdensburg's Morissette Park, in cooperation with the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
Members of the OFA Key Club helped build the Kids Kingdom Playground more than 20 years ago. Over the past two decades, the members have donated time each year helping to preserve the wooden structures by painting sections with a special preservative stain.
The club is a youth service organization sponsored by the Ogdensburg Kiwanis Club.
Key Club International is the world's largest student-run service organization.
