MASSENA -- Several St. Lawrence County NYSARC Employees participated in the ‘Freezin’ for a Reason’ polar plunge in Massena Saturday. The event benefits the Special Olympics. Jumpers included Sarah McAloon, Mike Borrelli, Andy Hooper, Shannon teRiele, Helen June, Tim Welpe, Desire Hance, Jamal Taylor, and Nate Surface.
