MASSENA -- The Northern New York Power Proceeds Allocation Board is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, November 14, at 3 p.m., at the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) St. Lawrence-Franklin D. Roosevelt Power Project visitors center, 21 Hawkins Point Road, Massena.
The board is expected to make funding recommendations to apply the net earnings of the market-sale of unused hydropower from the St. Lawrence-FDR power plant to support economic development in St. Lawrence County.
Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend Wednesday’s meeting, which will be video streamed at www.nypa.gov/nnyppab.
