MASSENA – Employees of the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project, including members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2032 (IBEW), plan to deliver 60 new and gently-used winter coats to local schools as part of a team effort to help keep local children warm this winter.
The coats will be distributed by local schools to children in need.
In November, NYPA’s union and management employees also held a drive to collect gifts for less fortunate children this holiday season.
Pictured with some of the coats donated this year are, from left: Jill Edwards, drafting clerk and IBEW member, and Kathy Fleury, senior cost and schedule analyst
